  2. All Marksheets and Certificates in Original from Class 10 onward.

  3. Transfer Certificate in Original

  4. Conduct Certificate (If Available)

  5. Migration Certificate in Original

  6. Caste Certificate from Competent Authority in Original. (If Applicable)

  7. Physically Handicapped Certificate from IMS and SUM Hospital (Applicable for PH Candidate Only)

  8. 2 sets of Photocopies of documents mentioned in Sl. - 2.

  9. 5 Passport Size Photographs

FEE DETAILS

  1. Fee to be paid for Final Admission

    1. B.Sc. Nursing (Basic/Post Basic) - Rs. 90,000/- = (Rs. 1,20,000 - Rs 30,000 (Paid for Provisional Admission))

      Rs. 1,20,000 = Rs. 1,10,000/- toward annual tuition fee + Rs 5000/- towards Caution Deposit + Rs 5000/- towards Counselling/Admission Fee.

    2. B.Sc. Nursing (Post Basic)- Rs. 1,10,000/- = (Rs. 1,40,000 - Rs 30,000 (Paid for Provisional Admission))

      Rs. 1,40,000 = Rs. 1,30,000/- toward annual tuition fee + Rs 5000/- towards Caution Deposit + Rs 5000/- towards Counselling/Admission Fee.

  2. Hostel Fee - Annual Hostel Boarding charges (NON AC)- Rs 53,000/-

    (Rs. 48,000 towards Boarding + Rs. 5000/- Security Deposit)

  3. Annual Mess Charges - Rs 30,000/-

Note: One can make a single Demand Draft or Multiple Demand Drafts for payment in favor of ‘Siksha O Anusandhan University’ payable at Bhubaneswar from any scheduled bank.
