INSTRUCTIONS FOR FILLING CHOICE FORM

 
 

  • Check the eligibility criteria for each programme before filling up the online application form.

  • Check that the online application form has been properly and completely filled up.

  • Application process: Incomplete application will not be accepted.

  • All candidates are requested to keep JEE MAIN Roll Number & Score along with scanned copy of JEEMAIN 2026 (Session - I) Score card, 10th Marksheet, 12th Marksheet, 12th Board Admit Card, Caste Certificate (if Applicable) and Disability Certificate (if applicable) ready for form filling.

  • The acknowledgement for successful submission of choice form will be intimated to your Email Id and/or Mobile no. (Filling of the form does not confirm guaranteed admission)
