INSTRUCTIONS FOR FILLING CHOICE FORM

• Check the eligibility criteria for each programme before filling up the online application form.

• Check that the online application form has been properly and completely filled up.

• Application process: Incomplete application will not be accepted.

• All candidates are requested to keep CUET Application Number & Score along with scanned copy of CUET 2026 Score card, 10th Marksheet, 12th Marksheet, Undergraduate Program Marksheets (for PG Programs), Caste Certificate (if Applicable), Disability Certificate (if applicable) and Recent Photograph ready for form filling.

• The acknowledgement for successful submission of choice form will be intimated to your Email Id and/or Mobile no. (Filling of the form does not confirm guaranteed admission)
